I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist initially told me the deposit would be €400. When I expressed shock, she changed it to €20, only to then present me with a card machine showing €200. I was assured this would be refunded at checkout, but when the time came, I was told it would only be refunded later in the day. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I’ve never had to pay such a high deposit, especially when the room itself cost €510 for three nights. When I got to my room, it was far from acceptable. There were drawings on the walls, and I was horrified to find bugs in the bed. Cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel, and this was clearly lacking. To add to the frustration, the walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from the rooms next door, including conversations and the sound of doors slamming throughout the night along with the lift. Sleep was impossible. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. There are far better options at this price point that don’t charge nearly 40% of the room cost as a deposit and offer much cleaner accommodations. Following my review, the hotel has responded, claiming that the bugs were due to the room being on the top floor and that the drawings were a result of “plaster cracking.” However, both of these explanations are inaccurate, as my room was actually on the first floor, and the drawings were clearly not due to any form of wear and tear. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to explore other options. There are far better choices at this price point that provide more reliable service, cleaner accommodations, and more reasonable deposit policies.

Overall clean and quiet rooms which makes the living experience awesome. The staff is super cooperative and not nosy at all. Tons of restaurants and places close to the hotel which makes this place ideal. My favourite activity has been to try boulangeries in the area including Victoire and Union who make awesome croissants. The metro stations are close by within walking distance, buses right outside the street, and late night places close by. The place is safe and has many security features. There is safe inside the room. The main door locks after a certain time at night and can be opened by the staff who is close to the door. The room was well equipped with Nescafe coffee machine, hot water kettle, and fridge. The only challenge was the unpleasant smell that would come from outside/inside. Indeed a bigger room could be a better choice if you are staying for a week or more. This room was perfect for a short tour. Definitely will choose this place for another short hop in Paris.

Pros: I stayed for 3 days and the hotel is clean and very nice decorated, the staff is really friendly and the location is fine, lots of restaurants and caffès and bars to eat. Conts: Is not a quiet hotel, I could hear the metro pass and its vibration which for me in the morning was terrible to sleep. I could hear the stairs footsteps outside like if they were in my room and the steps from the room above. The room was not very spacious it was not small per say but we did not have space to what two hand luggage open unless you use the bed for that. Strange thing: They charge you 200€ at the checking in case something is broken in the room for me was strange because they refunded that after the check out 5 hours later, I received the cancellation but not the money yet.

So very sad to be writing this, because the hotel is beautiful, in a beautiful location, nice big rooms and it was enjoyable stay/evening for myself!!! Friendly staff I met with. It's only after the booking/stay I noticed problems. There is clearly something going on, and it seems to be day light robbery?!

Just looking through reviews, 5 reviews. 5 people, or groups including mine in the past few months, we've been robbed. For myself I booked through booking.com paid 227 euros directly on the app for the one night stay, then got to the hotel and then had to pay 180 euro. At the time I didn't batter an eye lid as on booking.com it did mention that payment would be took at the hotel. So I assumed a deposit. It has now been weeks since staying with the hotel and I have been in contact with the hotel directly and I still haven't received the 180 euros back... They just mentioned check with my bank. The banks don't deal with payments that have been taken!! There is literally nothing I can do?! Or the others who have stayed and got back the payment they paid at the hotel.

Like I mentioned this has seemed to have happened with many people who have stayed at this hotel. So it's clearly a problem within.... This is not OK at all. And like I said this is practically day light robbery, in a world that is becoming tougher financially for everyone this is truly disgusting to see, truly disgusting.

This needs to be resolved fast, before you see more and more reviews like mine, just like I've seen today. This business/hotel will surely liquidise and will have to shut down due to people being disarmed to staying here. Business liquidation would be unfair on the staff you have working here. I don't know what the internal error is, but you have one and this needs to be resolved, for the sake of this...

Our room was clean and the style was sleek and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice. Cons: They say the offer an airport shuttle for $47 Euros which is one of the reasons we chose them. When we requested the shuttle they day before they said no problem and the morning of our departure they had a cab on the way! We did NOT want to take a cab. On the cab ride there the driver decided to stop in a long line of cars at a gas station only 5 min away from the airport! We spent 20 min with the cab getting gas and I can't tell you how stressful this was when we needed to get checked in for our international flight! Normally this wouldn't be the fault of the hotel but they're the ones that put us in that stressful position and as they didn't provide what they advertised. Also, the cab ride cost us $70 euros not the $47 advertised. One other small issue is they advertise in your room a beautiful looking charcuterie board but the first time we ordered it, it was easily half the size of the image. Not a huge deal and we were ok with it... our 3rd night we decided to get it again and it was less than a quarter the size of the advertised image and less than half what we received the first time! We would of complained but I'm never going to complain to people handling my food... In short, nice place and staff, just beware the amenities aren't consistent or as...
