I have spent 5 nights at this hotel with three of my colleagues in early September. One day two of them who were sharing a room found their key cards disabled upon return to the hotel. When they contacted the receptionist they were told that the TV was found broken in their room and the cleaning staff has reported the issue to the management and the reception. They were told that they would have to pay €250 for a new TV. When we told the receptionist that the TV was not broken by us, it was already broken when my colleagues took the room, the person said that he does not want to accuse anyone but they are professionals and their cleaning staff is very committed so there can be no mistake. He even went with my colleagues to their room to check the broken TV. In the room on the bed, there was a note describing the incident and asking the occupants of the room to come to the reception to discuss the matter. So much about professionalism here: how were they supposed to read the note if their key cards were disabled? If the hotel disabled the key cards, why did they leave the note that noone could read? Look, I understand everything, this is how hotels work. If something is damaged in the room then the client pays for it. However, there has to be something that protects the client if he/she did not do the damage. My colleagues had to pay the €250, yet, the did NOT break the TV. There should be an assumption of innocence in every situation: if you accuse someone of damaging something then it is you who should prove that the damage was done by that someone. There is no evidence that the TV was broken by them. I could simply accuse the cleaning staff of breaking the TV and trying to get away with it by framing the client. The TV was at shoulder height in the room and the lower left cornder was punctured. This could have easily been done with a broomstick or a mopstick. Yet, I do not want to accuse anyone, I am just immensely unsatisfied and would like to warn everyone that apparently things like that can happen...

Je dirais... "HÔTEL A FUIR ABSOLUMENT " ""
Parlons de notre séjour...
Notre arrivee fut.. Koman dire..
A cela s ajoute...
Read moreI can honestly say I will not book this hotel again. Although the staff was polite and helpful, the hotel in general was really dated and felt dirty overall. Apart, of course, from the reception which was kept spotless.
The corridors and the smell of old moldy furniture gave it away even before I got to the room. The room had over-worn carpets and the shower box had mold all over it. Nothing that a good dose of bleach could not solve, in my opinion, although some of the stains in the shower floor had a much stronger stain. Didn't feel clean at all.
From the price + value perspective, it performed poorly even though I found the breakfast to be...
