If you rent from this agency beware that you verify everything including boot cover is present, the representative was very intent on showing me that the wheels and tyres were in good condition but failed to open the boot for me to check and as I did not use the boot during the day that I rented the car I was amazed to be informed after the return that the boot cover was missing and then received an invoice for 431€..!! Strangely the agency could not send the photos that they took when I picked up the car, technical issue when the contract is closed..??!! I forgot to mention that I was told by the representative that the fuel gauge was not working correctly and the representative said not to worry and that the tank was full, surprise again when I refilled before returning the car that I needed 30 litres of petrol for 300km trip and the fuel gauge was showing full..?? Update the 16/12/2022 - email received from the District Manager to inform me that this "claim" has been cancelled. I add one star due to this...
Read moreThis was the worst rental car experience I ever had. First of all, we get an email that had instructions on how to find the rental office, but it was completely inaccurate. We wasted 30 minutes walking around outside the station for a building, like the email said, when it was actually inside the station right after we got off the train. No explanation or compensation, only half-hearted apologies. He only suggested that we find another rental service with offering any help. We had this whole day planned with the rental car. We didn't make any other transportation arrangement. This cancellation costed us almost the whole vacation. We wasted 2 hours and ultimately had to rent the only car available at double the price at Europcar. Do not trust this place. Go to Avis or literally any...

This is when they charged $1500 to my card. I've been through customer service many times, they failed (and keep failing) to send me requested docs that would prove no damage was done and they contract their accident resolution process out to a questionable 3rd party company. Months later I'm still fighting you get basic paperwork to get reimbursed by my credit card company.
Always avoid after-hours drop-off. Do your own photo documentation on pickup. Note names of staff during pickup. Get copies of all paperwork (especially known damage...
