😊: Great location, perfect ski in - Ski out. The view from the balcony is amazing, made our mornings.. 😢: Collecting the keys on arrival isn’t ideal, a key box or something would be beneficial. The facilities are a bit dated and not the cleanest when we arrived, fag bits still in ash tray, very thick dust in areas, hair in bathroom ect.but overall good value for money so...

😊: it needs to be closer to the property. In the cold walking with luggage and then going there was not easy. Same for drop off. 😢: Drop off and pick up key point too far. Communication not clear on ski locker. Responses to questions...

Zimmer 207 von maeva.com war eine Katastrophe. Als wir ankamen war nicht gereinigt, noch Geheizt weder wie bestellt das Bett gemacht.

Das geht ja noch so knapp. Doch für den preis von 2000€ 1 Woche absolut inakzeptabel.

Was aber die höhe war, das bei minus 11 Grad Celsius die Fensterdichtungen fehlten sowie auch diejenigen bei der eingangstür. So das man im durchzug wohnte.

Bei der reklamation bei Maeva vor ort ver wis mann uns an die Beschwerde E Mail und die bei der Brschwede namen sich die vollen 48h reaktionszeit und verwiesen uns wieder an die Lokale Agentur. Und das spel gieng bis zum Abreisetag...
