I am in this restaurant right now. That's how good it is. A fabulous place to eat if you can get a table in this very popular restaurant. The menu is extensive with a lot of local options as well as world foods like burgers etc for those people who are less daring. The Gourmande option are just fantastic. All food is prepared to order and very fresh. Service can be a little slow at times just because if the volume of clients, but well worth it for the food. The sweet options are amazing. The. I have to admit, we only popped in for a cognac because we nearly froze to death on the slope above it! We also ordered a cafe gourmand as we do love those. The service was absolutely excellent, despite a table full of a dozen braying English oafs right next to us, and the cafe gourmand was simply the best we've ever had. Seven desserts, everything from pear sorbet, to a mini crepe, to a mini raspberry coulis, to a mini creme brulee. This restaurant is close to the gondola lift, and has a vast array of different foods on the menu. The pizza is delicious, the poke bowl is also very good. The prices are reasonable for the area. The seating is very cramped when busy, which seems like all the time. The restaurant is popular, however it makes for uncomfortable seating and a very loud atmosphere. If the seating was better spaced with larger tables it would be better. Overall ok, not the best but...
