As a business owner I rarely leave a negative review but in this case I feel a moral obligation to warn other parents NOT TO BOOK this ski school. The instructor told me he allowed our 7 year old to ski alone and then he was lost for 45 minute in the snow. The instructor then left our 4 year old (this was a private lesson) outside the ski school (alone) didn’t alert anyone and went to look for our other son. We arrived to find our 4 year old alone and frightened, and our 7 year old lost for at least 30 minutes. The ski school took much too long to respond. The instructor lied and said my 7 year old skied away. In which case, I feel he should have noticed. The ski school told us they already had concerns about the instructors capabilities and mental health. They choose to give our children to him. The director then told us the instructor would be fired. But, again lied and we saw him working with groups all week. The absolutely prioritized profit over the safety of children. Disgusting neglectful attitude. My 4 year old still gets nightmares about being lost in the snow.

This ski school has been an absolute nightmare. The instructor lost one of our sons on the first day of his private lesson. We were told by the school that this instructor was recently hired and had some money and mental health issues. This is completely unacceptable to leave a 4 year old and a 7 year old with an individual like this. In addition to this, we were charged twice for the private lessons, once by CheckYeti and once by the ski school who said they didn't receive payment from CheckYeti. 3 weeks later we are still waiting...

We took ski lessons as a group (2 adults and 3 year old), and some private lessons for ski (Raph) and snowboard (Andre) respectively. First time total beginners and even some phobias to overcome were no problem at all. We loved it and are total converts to the snow! Thank you to Raph, Andrei, and Margot for genuine, kind and professional teaching and advice.
