You normally dont write reviews unless it was exceptionally good or really poor. So here it goes; I spent a night here while on business and had the worst experience. I experienced multiple issues, and I am still waiting to be given resolution to a couple of issues pending.

I wouldn't class this as a 4-star hotel from any angle. The service was not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I called the reception at 7.30 am on a weekday for an iron but was welcomed with "we don't have staff, you can come down and get it." I had just showered and was undressed waiting for the iron to be able to press my shirt before dressing up, I was still told there was no one else working, so the receptionist could not get the iron to me. Imagine a 4-star hotel has only one person working on a weekday morning peak hour. Even staff at a decent hostel would probably be able to deliver the iron to the room considering the situation, but a 4-star hotel couldn't. The only other option I had was to wait until 10 a.m., when other staff members would arrive and deliver the iron to the room. I needed to get to my meeting and didn't want to start my morning late, so I dressed up, went down to collect the iron, and guess what I see on recepetion, 2 staff members chatting away. They obviously lied and to hide that, the excuse they used was that the 2nd person had just arrived. I asked for a manager to complain, only to be informed one of those two ladies was the manager. My complaint didn't go far, given that I was complaining about the manager and her buddy on reception.

The reception staff is rude, and not all of them can speak English (considering it's a "tourist" hotel). I was overcharged (double) for local taxes that I have been emailing about without a resolution so far. I requested the invoice to be emailed, but there has been no response. Only positive for me personally was the location as it was conveniently close to my meeting location.

If anyone from the hotel reads this, can you help me with a copy of the invoice and refund for overcharged...

As soon as you step into the cozy embrace of Hôtel Dali, the staff's warmth is palpable. One cannot help but laud the front desk manager, a true paragon of hospitality, whose earnest inquiries about our needs and generous offers of assistance set the tone for a delightful stay. It’s reassuring to have someone offer genuine advice and local insights such as the thoughtful weather-related travel recommendations that kept us safely snuggled indoors during an unforeseen downpour.

Dalieh, the manager of room service, deserves a special ovation. Her effortless charm and readiness to brighten our toddler's day with cheer is commendable. Her helpful nature is indicative of the entire team's ethos, from the diligent housekeeping staff to the personable breakfast crew who serve a simplicity and variety - think everything from eggs to an array of bread, croissants, sausages, cheeses, and the kid-pleasing pancakes complete with a gamut of toppings.

Even as latecomers to the breakfast service, we were always greeted with smiles and an eagerness to cater to our last-minute food whims — testifying to the staff's relentless commitment to service, regardless of the clock’s hands.

While every facet of Hôtel Dali shines, I must highlight a small security measure that could be improved for guest convenience: the post-midnight front door closure. A doorbell or some signaling device would be a welcome addition to alert the staff when guests arrive during these hours.

Our initial plan for a three-night stay quickly evolved into an extended visit, courtesy of the hotel's pervasive, captivating hospitality. In one instance, the reception personnel, whose parents hail from India, and whose name escapes me, exhibited nothing short of excellence. In a gesture of kindness, he maintained our initial booking price for the extended period — anchoring our loyalty and trust in Hôtel Dali.

We chose this hotel for many reasons read on reviews: it is situated close to Disneyland, it has a nice swimming pool with wormed water, very nice Rituals products in the bathroom, etc. I am not totaly dissatisfied with our choice, but I must share some ugly truths that dissapointed me: the water in the swimming pool is actually cold when outside there are 19 degrees (We’ve been there on the 26th of august). in the Rituals products you CAN NOT find a shampoo, so you have to go to a store in case you don’t want to wash your hair with shower gel. There was also an empty hand lotion bottle next to the soap. Very dissapointed with this! the menu for dinner/ lunch contains a lot of beef, pretty expensive, but you can not find something more common like chicken. BUT I must say I really liked the breakfast, scrambed eggs, saussages, beans, bacon, milk, yougurts, fruits, salomn, jambon, prosciutto, pancakes, cereals, jams, juices, coffes, really nice bread, pain au chocolat, croissants etc. We paid around 11-12€ for a Bolt ride to Disneyland and 38€ for a Bolt ride to the airport Paris CDG. The cleaning was good, but not perfect. The beds for too high for a short person like me. The bathroom floor felt extremely cold. They left us coffee capsules in our room and wather in the first day, but in the second they forgot to leave the wather. So we ordered one from the hotel. We paid 9€ for 1 bottle (1litre). It’s too much, in my opinion. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4...
