There I thought the Accor group held certain standards when it came to the hotels they allow to be Ibis Styles hotels. This hotel was way worse than an Ibis Budget hotel. My family stayed luckily only for one night at this shameful hotel. We felt uncomfortable and disgusted. We made the mistake of not reading Google reviews beforehand. location free parking fast check-in and check-out good breakfast with local products mold in the bathroom dirt in the bathroom ceiling wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to let go chipped paint in the bathroom cold in the bathroom bad/old sleeping matras, you can feel the springs dirty bed, full of stains on the sides heating did not work even putting it on 30 degrees did not help warm water takes + 5minutes to reach the 4th floor stains on the carpet stains on the blackout curtain another curtain not installed but thrown aside sofa bed was not prepared even though we declared checking in with a 3-year-old toddler. dirt behind and underneath the sofa bed Absolutely disgusting hotel room and not worthy of the name Ibis Styles. A letter of complaint has also been sent to the Accor group. Google review shows that these problems have been there for some time and other guests post the same issues but nothing is being done other than a standard answer from the receptionist who doesn't even bother changing the standard...

Crazy.||Maintenance; bathroom latch in our room was broken and obviously had been for some time. It was impossible to close the door securely.||Housekeeping; poor. Towels were changed on a daily basis but the bed was not straightened. I don’t expect clean bedding everyday but the bed should be made and tidied up. Our room was very dusty and the carpet unvacuumed. ||Corridors were dingy and dusty. Overall, the hotel is grubby and due for refurbishment. ||Breakfast; a limited range of cheap, low-quality food. And not much of it. Guests arriving after 09:00 are likely to find some items unavailable.||Staff; mixed. Mostly polite and friendly but a young woman member of staff on duty at breakfast needs some customer service training. Read moreWe spent a night in Vichy on our way to UK. The location of the hotel is amazing unfortunately it is not what we were expecting cleaning wise. The room was cleanish. The high level and behind the curtains haven’t been clean for some time as at least a dozen of spiders have made home there. My wife and my kid were terrified as they were crawling on the curtains. Went to the reception and even after hours the receptionist was brilliant and apologetic. He offered us another room but unfortunately was the same like the previous. The mattresses and sheets were stained. My wife couldn’t rest at all.||The breakfast was good and the staff seemed nice.||The price was a bit too much for what we got, we could have gone to a normal Ibis or a budget one for less money.||Next time I won’t choose Ibis Syles again as they don’t represent the Ibis...
