A good way to see the main areas of Vichy, but unfortunately the headphones were not available (in any language) due to a system failure and they are waiting for it to be replaced. The pleasant driver apologised, but it was disappointing and we still were charged the full price. Difficult to hear the audio commentary through the speakers, and it was totally inaudible when passing through the many roadworks going on in Vichy! My partner needed the English version so it wasn't a great...

This was an excellent way to get a quick history of this wonderful city. The driver was very friendly and amiable to all the customers. He gave us free earbuds to get English commentary if we needed it. Very clever background music, appropriate to the narrative. Payment is cash only, which is understandable as there is a quick turnaround...
