Hôtel Mercure Vichy — Hotel in Vichy

This hotel unfortunately is dated and does not appear clean the carpets are all dirty and in the room was very heavily stained and would appear to have been cleaned with bleach when we arrived we noticed dirty cups with dried coffee and cigarette ends on the balcony when reported to reception we were told that as no cleaning staff were available they would not it and have it cleaned the next morning |On our second day a decorative throw appeared on the bed and fancy pillows which makes me think the room was not cleaned prepared before we arrived as on the last day packets of soap was left |Be very careful with the shower as there is a very deep step out of the shower and is very slippery the bathroom is very modern a pity the rest of the hotel and bedrooms don’t follow the same modernisation |There is a constant hum from six motors under the bedroom windows |Breakfast is basic no fruit and when items are gone they are not refilled breakfast is also over priced|This hotel needs a complete make over and staff need to be...

The Happy Sharing Company visiting the Thermes of the Domes once more staying at Mercure Hotel Thermalia. Enjoying his room with Kitchenette and stay after a perfect Welcome by Reception desk. Delicious Meals proposed on the Menu the Hotel offers the flexibility and proximity to the Thermes of the Domes. Loads of Activities as Aquagym Sauna Hamman Jacuzzi next doors and located close to The Callou Thermes. I wonderful Service everyone very friendly from the cleaners to maintenance staffs and director. A marvelous stay and recommended as close to the Hall of Sources, and of Courses requires some little Renovations of carpets but holds a Schindler lift and wonderful personnel. A Figaro news paper available and Bar such as lobby and direct access to the Thermes of the Dômes.
