There are plenty of problems with this place. First time we came here, we were left waiting at the table for over 30 minutes without a single waiter coming to greet us or take our order. There were people at the tables, but by no means were the waiters constantly occupied, and, on the contrary, they were often just chilling at their booth, doing seeminglessly nothing. So, we decided to not stay on that day. Second time we came there, we decided to give the place a second chance. We went there willing to order 2 pizzas. The same story again. We waited for more than 30 mins and no waiter decided to take our order, and only when we went to them and asked them to come to our table, they did it. I was brought the wrong thing, since I ordered a Georgian lemonade for 3.5 lari, while the lady brought me a "homemade" lemonade for about 9 lari. It was very disappointing, since it was just some sprite mixed with some orange juice, and there was almost no actual beverage, since in the glass there was almost only unsqueezed orange and lemon slices. The pizza I was brought was uncooked. I asked for a Tonno e Cipolla, and the pizza dough was uncooked in the middle. I asked for a new one and after a while I was brought a second uncooked pizza, which was incredibly soggy and drippy. The server did not care even once to ask if it was OK.

Overall there is no reason for me to recommend this place and I could easily say this was one of the worst serving I have ever seen. Just...

Today, my son and I experienced the following issues: We waited approximately 20 minutes for a waiter. The dining hall having numerous empty tables and the outdoor area being overcrowded. We took a round table at the end of the dining hall. Disrespectful Inquiry: Upon the waiter's arrival, their initial question was to ascertain our party size, with a clear intent to relocate us from our chosen round table. Unaccommodating Response: When we requested to remain at the round table, citing its suitability for child, and the potential hazard of a smaller table with numerous dishes, our request was denied. As a result of these issues, we wasted half an hour of our time and left with a profoundly negative impression. I am aware that Batumi has a competitive dining scene, with many restaurants offering excellent cuisine and superior service.
