A terrible experience...

It started off well, with friendly enough staff (who seemed a little overwhelmed) and all was fine until the pizza came out. It was ordered for my 2 year old son, who seemed to enjoy it enough. I had a couple of bites and saw it was burnt on the bottom. I'm not overly picky, but what made me complain was the fact that when I went to have a drink, my drink tasted like burnt charcoal...

By the time I had complained, half the pizza had been eaten by my son. The serving girl saw this and said there nothing she can do as it is half eaten... I explained that my 2 year old was eating it, but then was told that she would have to pay for it as that is the rule at the restaurant.

I have worked at cafes and restaurants in the past. I would have been embarrassed to serve this to a customer, and would have expected the chef or owner to cover the cost of a burnt pizza, not the serving staff.

Luckily the ravioli came out (5 - 10 minutes after the pizza as I think it was forgotten...) and we were able to have enjoy this.

0% chance of me ever returning to this restaurant again, and I wouldn't recommend it to...

The service when we first arrived was good. We ordered and my pancakes came after about 15 minutes. I didn't rceieve any cutlery and had to go get this myself. My partners meal still hadn't arrived after 5 minutes so I asked the waitress. She then brought something that was completely different to what he ordered. After about another 5 minutes I asked where his was and she said she didn't know. Eventually it came but didn't come with the bread, at this point we just wanted to leave so didn't ask. Ich war am 14.08.25 mit drei weiteren Personen hier essen und habe den Salat „Pollo“ bestellt. Da ich unter sehr stark ausgeprägter Zöliakie (Glutenallergie) leide, habe ich dies dem Kellner extra zweimal gesagt und ihn gebeten, alles Glutenhaltige wie Croutons etc. nicht auf den Salat zu geben. Als die Speisen kamen, sah man sofort, dass Brot auf dem Salat lag, was das Essen somit kontaminiert hatte. Der Herr im Service brachte den Salat zurück ins Lokal und wir sahen ihn durch die Fensterscheibe, wie er gemeinsam mit der Dame aus der Küche einfach das Brot vom Teller nahm und mir den exakt selben Teller wieder brachte und servierte. Als wir ihn darüber aufklärten, dass wir wiederholt gesagt hätten, dass das Essen glutenfrei sein muss, worüber Servicekräfte von Gesetzes wegen generell informiert und auskunftsfähig sein MÜSSEN, fuhr er meine Begleitung ziemlich frech an. Ich bekam dann zwar eine neue (vermutlich) Speise, das Unverständnis im Zusammenhang mit dem Tonfall des Kellners sowie die Dreistigkeit, mir vor meinen Augen dasselbe Essen erneut zu bringen, führte selbstverständlich dazu, dass wir kein Trinkgeld gaben. Auch hier zeigte er sich entrüstet. Wir empfehlen Personen mit jeglichen Allergien daher, das Lokal strikt zu meiden, da das Personal hier sichtbar sehr unqualifiziert ist und extrem genervt und unhöflich reagiert, wenn man es...
