If you are looking for a hotel room for your staying then resierv a room in this hotel without thinking. The room is so clean and tidy, smells good also, the service and staff are nice and helpful and I never stayed in a hotel where the owner had about all those small details that make the guests so comfortable in the room. The same applied for the Breakfast and the dining room, the food and the bread is so fresh and served warm, 10 € per adult and kiner under 12 can have the breakfast for free. Clean and conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, and includes the option for an ok breakfast spread. However the rooms are small and the beds are blocks of foam - it felt more like I was in a hostel room. You have to carry around a metal key on an awkward keyring and drop it off at the front desk when you leave- not very convenient. If you forgot a toiletry, they are not equipped to help you. The wifi was adequate but cuts in and out regularly. Staff was friendly. I would have no problem staying here again, it was "fine", but I'd also be ok trying out a different...

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, ein paar Nächte kann man dort verbringen, aber so richtig wohl habe ich mich nicht gefühlt. Als ich ankam gab es Schwierigkeiten meine Reservierung zu finden, die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus ist schwierig zu finden. Im Zimmer war viel Staub, vorallem direkt am Kopfende des Bettes, welches übrigens extrem schmal ist. Montag fuhr ich mit meinem Finger eine Spur in den Staub, diese war Freitags bei Abreise immer noch da. Es scheint auch nicht gesaugt oder gewischt zu werden. Das Bad war in Ordnung aber in die Jahre gekommen. Vergilbter Toilettensitz, kaputte Dusch - Abtrennung und ein Loch in der Türe zum Badezimmer. Nebenan ist das DRK das rund um die Uhr mit Blaulicht und Martinshorn ausrückt. Um aus der Tiefgarage raus zu kommen musste ich erst jeden Morgen an der Rezeption anrufen. Wenn man in die Tiefgarage rein kommt funktioniert das Licht nicht immer direkt und man steht früh morgens in einem finsteren Raum. Dienstags Abends stand neben der Tiefgaragentüre zum Hotel ein Pizzakarton mit abgeknabberten Pizzarändern. Donnerstag morgen war der dann weg. Daneben wird die Schmutzwäsche aufbewahrt. Das Frühstücksbuffet sah teilweise unapetittlich aus da sich Massen an Wurst und Käse stapelten. Abwechslung gab es an den Tagen dort nicht. Es läuft ein polnischer Musiksender im Fernsehen.
