Unfortunately, our experience at Mr. Chicken in Essen did not meet these expectations. The staff member who took our order seemed visibly frustrated when we struggled with German. While we understand that language differences can sometimes be challenging, patience is key to providing a positive service experience.

I would recommend it. For me it was something new for my taste buds. I tried chicken wings and crunchy burger. The chicken wings were very uniformly coated with the crunchy spice which was stimulating for the taste buds. The burger also did taste fine. The people at the counter were really nice and polite. It is so cold to sit in here. My legs are frozen. The temperature outside is 4 degrees and inside -1. You can actually get sick sitting and eating here. I think it is their way of making sure that the customers don’t stay inside.
