It’s not like other BW hotels but rather a dingy motel outside of a city.||Location: on a busy street near to a cinema and in opposite of a noisy pub.||Parking lot: there is no parking available for the hotel and because it’s a busy street you don’t have a chance to park there. So, you either park far away on the street or you take the Parkhouse on the other street for about 12€.||Check in: it’s OK except there were a group of foreign tourists in the lobby gathering around the free tee table and speaking disturbingly loudly.||Room: seemed to be clean enough, but there was moldy smell, the door didn’t close automatically. The bed was OK. The bathroom was also OK except the shower door didn’t work properly.||Wi-Fi: worked well for me.||Sleeping quality: very bad. I’s already wondering why they place 2 set of earplugs on the bedroom commode, but late night I learned it. The pub in opposite of the hotel closed around 2am and the noise level rocketed. I woke up at least 3 times.||Breakfast (worst part): it’s like a hostel. There is an elderly lady who tried to serve in street clothes, but she rather looked like part time cleaning woman. Coffee machine was not working. They didn’t bother to put extra plate for the fork with which you took out the salmon or ham, they simply placed it on the food! Whoever served himself something, took the same fork from the food, used it and put it back on top of the food. Very hygienic solution. They didn’t use dishwasher, the cleaning lady manually washed the use table ware and brought it back to the basked in hand.||Check out was not easy, 2 times asked for changing the bill.||All in all, I had a very poor impression of this hotel and clearly, I DO NOT...
Read moreI took this hotel on a business trip to Hannover as others were booked and it was a terrible experience. I ordered a Superior room for 90 EUR/night, but the quality definitely didnt correspond to this price at all. I arrived late and was accomodated in first floor, right accross a bar with outside sitting area and big neon lights, that was open until 3am. There was no airconditioning in the room, only fan, so if I wanted to open a window, I could hear all the noise from the bar. If the curtains would be open, all the bar would have a view into the room. Also the furniture was in really poor quality, there was a fridge, but empty - only loud, so that adds more noise into your sleep. I have also found insect in the room, probably because of the old furniture and carpet. I couldnt sleep all night and three more days ahead, so found another hotel, and wanted to cancel the remaining stay. To my surprise, my entire stay was already charged from my credit card! The hotel didnt even have my company adress to use for invoice, but rushed to charge the stay from obvious reasons. I was told the remaining nights will be reimbruised to my card by "reservation" office, but I dont think there is any such office exisiting. Dont take the hotel until you...
Read moreStay over for a week as part of Hannover Messe. The room price is incredible expensive for the quality of the hotel.|The distance of the hotel to the Hannover Central Station is a short 13mins walk. While the room is generally clean, the service level is very poor.||The TV and clock are not working. Even after the 1st night service, they never bother to check at all. They will replenish the bottle water in the room but never bother to make up the bed and wash the glass that I used previously. Can’t understand why paid for the service but didn’t get anything. The internet is extremely slow. Reminded me of the old modem days. Hardly useable in today standard and quite a contrast when u are visiting the future Industry 4.0 show that the city is hosting.||There is a pub cum diner across the street and if you are a light sleeper, this is very noisy if u get the room...
