Pansion Panorama — Hotel in Alonnisos Municipality

This pension has a lot of rooms with the best view of Patitiri. That is the only positive for it. ||||There is a problem with the bathroom where we didn't have water for shower or when we had, there were small drops of cold water...Also, the toilette didn't have water and we had to use a small bowl for taking water from the shink to the toilette. It was extremely old and small with no separate shower. ||||Besides, the room had some dirty plates, glasses and knifes and we didn't use them. It had two beds side by side and some very tough towels for use. The door of the room was broken. ||||The owner was very kind at first BUT when we told her our problems she stopped talking to us and started...

Arrived on the ferry from Skiathos and just looked for somewhere to stay, looked up and saw the sign for the Panorama Pension. We got a lovely, clean room. Pretty basic but had everything you needed and only 35 euros for the night. There was a big shared balcony (we were the only people using it) with a spectacular view over the bay. Lovely sitting there watching the boats come in. There was even a good wifi connection. The lady owner spoke basic English and was really friendly...

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie dal 18 al 22 agosto. Ho prenotato la camera su booking molti mesi fa ( gennaio) pagando un supplemento x camera con vista mare. Di fatto la vista c'era ma era inutilizzabile. Alloggio al piano terra a 30 cm dalla strada. Nessuna privacy quindi quando si è in camera si devono tenere chiuse le persiane. La proprietaria è una signora anziana. Parla poco inglese o così fa credere (da la sensazionedi comprendere tutto ma finge di non capire) . La gestione da l'idea di un concetto di turista come "occasione " da sfruttare invece che opportunità. Wifi pessimo. La proprietaria che cura ogni tuo passo. Ho chiesto se c'era la possibilità di fare una lavatrice ( ovviamente a pagamento) e mi ha detto di lavare a mano. Un no era sufficiente. A bucato finito ha finto di chiedere se avevo altro bucato da fare. Mi ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno a che se era già stata pagata, ma poco importa. Stavo caricando i bagagli per andarmene ed è entrata in camera a controllare. Probabilmente temeva gli rubassi un cuscino. All'arrivo nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Niente phon, niente set bagno.Insomma la struttura ha l'unico vantaggio di essere proprio sopra il porto. L'appartamento era pulito e con quello che ci si aspetta, ma la gestione andrebbe x così dire... svecchiata. Siamo nel 2023. Certe cose sono...
