Me and my boyfriend arrived at Odyseas studio a on 31/07/22 and stayed for 5 days.||We were greeted by marinos who made us feel really at home and welcomed us with open arms. The rooms are pretty basic but spacious with gorgeous views! ||Captain zorbas ( the restaurant owned by marinos) does amazing food, we ate there nearly everyday for at least 1 Meal and their white wine is to die for. The host was a very generous man who was always there to help us. He appeared to be working non stop as he owned a car rental nearby also. ||Their is not much in the area however it’s only 2 euros for a bus to argostoli and it’s lovely there. ||The walk to and from the beach is a killer so we recommend hiring a scooter or a quad- ut will be well worth your money! ||||The pool was clean and was a little sun trap during the day, staff at the restaurant were so generous and really made our stay 10x better!!||I couldn’t recommend this place morw and would definitely return!!!||||Ps- If you want a nice cheap place to eat there’s a restaurant called souvlaki house about a 5 min walk away and it does massive gyros pitas for 3€ and gyros plates for 10€. We went more than once and was stuffed!! ||||THANKYOU MARINOS FOR A PERFECT STAY!!||Pics 1 and 3are the food and view from...
Read moreGood bits - lovely balconies and sea views. Nice pool, quiet with plenty of beds and umbrellas, good air con, beds ok for Greece, Marino’s the owner is a great host and will do anything to help you. The not so good bits were that some of the apartments need repairs e.g. no toilet seat, broke tiles in doorway which are a hazard. Bathroom is typical with no shower holder (tip buy a suction one off eBay and take it with you), kitchenette is very basic with no toaster and not really adequate for anything other than making a snack. Marinos kindly provided hairdryers when asked. We could have asked to be moved to a different apartment but we decided to not worry about it and just enjoy our holiday. I knew it was going to be basic and it was. You can’t fault Marinos for his hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness. He works hard and long but is always cheerful and generous. He bought us drinks and gave me a bottle of wine to take home. If you like a bit of luxury or have very high standards then don’t book. If you are looking for budget accommodation and can live with a few issue then go for it. Hopefully by next season some of these repairs will be completed and it won’t...
Read moreI stayed in these apartments 5/6/18 -12/6/18.Rooms clean and lovely view these are only good points . Matresss was awful you could feel every spring and when we looked stained and ripped years old , we had to put a blanket under sheet to try and not feel springs . Hardly any utensils in kitchen part they also do not have kettle and when you try and look for plug there is only one in whole apartment we had to take a chair and put kettle on it every time we needed water .The dog who belongs to the property was chained up in the back 24 hrs a day and barked a lot of the night ( was not dogs fault) poor dog ! The last 2 lights they put lights on going up the stairs which were very dark .When checking out we had to leave our cases by the pool they do not have a luggage room or shower room . I have been going to Greece now 18 years this is the only place I have ever complained about . On the day of leaving we was telling someone of the number of faults we came across only to be shown a whole lot more when it had an inspection. Will put up pics of report . Before booking this...
