Cleios Cafe Lounge — Restaurant in Argostoli Municipality

This was originally recommended to me as it was a useful postal address! Although no longer a post office it still appears to have retained most of the role. We enjoy stopping here as a "mid route" watering hole. The staff are always accommodating and have great but differing personalities. An added bonus is watching various card games-several groups play here. It is used by the Greek villagers, often whom stories surround. There is also a very sound tennis connection for you to discover. I always thoroughly enjoy myself with a variety of sights that can and do change from visit to visit. I drink the local wine but have been accompanied by both beer and coffee drinkers with no complaints at all. Thank you to all the staff...

Great cafe with an incredible view over the sea. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. A great selection of breakfast choices - we had; cheese + tomato toastie on French bread. Arabic pie (which is similar but with a sauce and in a wrap), butter croissant, feta + tomato + pickle panini and a slice of the homemade cake.

All the food was fresh and very tasty, and is an incredible value for money cafe.
