My experience at Hotel Victory in Athens was very poor. The first room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and the carpets were dirty. When I asked to change rooms, the lady at the reception was rude and seemed annoyed by my request. The second room wasn’t any better — I couldn’t sleep because of small insects biting me during the night. Also, there was a bright light just outside the room that stayed on all night, making it hard to rest. For more than 50 euros per night, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.
