My experience at Hotel Victory in Athens was very poor. The first room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and the carpets were dirty. When I asked to change rooms, the lady at the reception was rude and seemed annoyed by my request. The second room wasn’t any better — I couldn’t sleep because of small insects biting me during the night.
