Olympus Thea — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked two rooms for two nights. During the first night there was extremely loud noise that made from a bar which was across the street, just 10m from the rooms. it It was so noisy,music, people, cars and motorcycles that was impossible to sleep The bar was active until 5am. . We approached the owner and asked for help or an alternative solution, but he completely refused and showed no willingness to assist. In the end, we had to leave the property in the morning and find another place to stay for the next night. We found one at the last minute, which cost us much more and caused a lot of frustration. The location itself is close to the Main Street and located on the street level. The way the situation was handled and the lack of service were very disappointing.

Our late arrival was due to a flight delay, which we promptly informed the host about. When we checked in, the bar was closed, so we couldn’t have known how noisy it would be later. Out of respect for the host, we chose not to share our correspondence or the photos and videos we took after leaving — though they clearly support our version of events. New apartments, very clean and modern. Good communication with the owner. It is located at a busy crossroad so it can be a bit noisy at night. All in all very good for a short stay...
