To the Manager of To Tzaki Pizza Place Dear Angelo I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the wonderful hospitality from your restaurant. I visit your restaurant last weekend to celebrate my best friend’s birthday was important to me because he is going back to his country. As soon as we entered the restaurant, one of your staff members came to ask for any special arrangements to do for the birthday celebration. Εκτίμησα την ελαστικότητα στο μενού, ζητώντας πιάτο με προσθαφαιρέσεις στη γαρνιτούρα και στη γέμιση. Ο χώρος είναι πεντακάθαρος και το σέρβις ευγενικό και γρήγορο, χωρίς να μεταφέρουν το άγχος της δουλειάς τους. Οι γεύσεις και οι μυρωδιές από τα πιάτα ακουμπούσαν το "τόσο όσο", χωρίς να λείπει κάποιο συστατικό και χωρίς επιπρόσθετα μπαχαρικά, αφού δεν είχαν ανάγκη να καλύψουν πιθανές αστοχίες. Το ψωμί, ευτυχώς, ήταν φρέσκο και μαλακό, κατάλληλο για βούτηγμα και σερβιρισμένο σε καθαρό σκεύος, καλυμμένο με άοσμο πετσετάκι. Μαζί με το ψωμί, έφεραν κρύο εμφιαλωμένο νερό. Τα τραπέζια ήταν ντυμένα με υφασμάτινο τραπεζομάντηλο και τοποθέτησαν δεύτερο, επίσης καθαρό, πριν ξεκινήσουν το σερβίρισμα.
