unprofessional with a pretentious politeness. average rooms (for the boutique style they think they are selling) with cold floor and walls and air-conditioning for heating. there is no reception and no one welcomes you to offer at least some assistance. all you get is an email with instructions. they call it e-hospitality nowadays. parking is a BIG issue. cleaning upon request. found some hair on the linen. stay somewhere else, preferably outside the old city walls.

Location was in middle of the old town. Walking distance to everything. Parking rental car is a bit tricky but there seemed to be space available in the lot they recommend on check in email. Rooms were clean. We had a ssmall washing machine and no dryer. Air conditioning...
