Katerina Apartments — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Hello, I'll start by saying that we were welcomed with a wonderful smile by Mrs. Katerina who was nice to me from the first sight and conversation, the accommodation was more than ok with the terrace, we had accommodation on the ground floor, the rooms each with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, in the room you have a fridge, TV and a kitchenette, outside you had a barbecue and a fairly large covered area where you could sit and eat something, the linen was changed every 3 days I think but we asked to change only a few towels because I don't think you at home change the bed linen every 3-4 days but at the hotel you have demands, Mrs. Katerina guided us to the area where we could go and what we could visit. The beach is very close to the location, you can walk for 2-3 minutes and it is without stones, and to the center of the resort 5, next to the accommodation you also have 2 supermarkets where they have everything, we were very pleased that we had a parking space that is close to the location and is only theirs, upon departure we even received a bottle of olive oil from their orchard. We are currently staying at Katerina Apartments with our family and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We're here with our two kids and it's been perfect for a family vacation. The location is amazing—just a short walk to a very clean and beautiful beach, and everything we need is close by, including big markets and shops.

The apartments themselves are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. You can tell that everything is well taken care of. Katerina is incredibly friendly and welcoming—always checking in to make sure we have everything we need. Her hospitality really makes a difference and adds a personal touch to our stay.

Καταρχας θελω να ξεκινησω με το οτι εβαλα ενα αστερακι καθως δεν υπαρχει η επιλογη του να μην βαλω κανενα. Πηραμε την Κυρια Κατερινα εναν μηνα πριν! και της εξηγησαμε οτι η πληρωμη δεν μπορει να γινει με καρτα καθως ειμαστε ανηλικες και μας ειπε οτι δεν υπαρχει κανενα προβλημα! αρκει να την περναμε τηλεφωνο 10 μερες πριν για να ειναι σιγουρο! πηραμε κανονικα σημερα και μας ειπε πως εκλεισε το δωματιο για αλλους!! 10 μερες πριν τις διακοπες μας!!!! μας εξηγησε πως εχασε το χαρτακι με τους αριθμους μας ΤΕΡΜΑ ΑΝΕΥΘΥΝΟ!!! Μειναμε ψυχραιμες και μας ειπε πως εχει αλλες ημερομηνιες απλα μετα το ενα βραδυ θα αλλαζαμε δωματιο, εμεις της εξηγησαμε πως εφοσων το λαθος ηταν δικο της και θα ημασταν στριμωγμενες στην αλλαγη δωματιου θελαμε εκπτωση στην τιμη που ειχαμε κανονισει! η εν λογω κυρια μας απαντησε Α-ΓΕ-ΝΕ-ΣΤΑ-ΤΑ και με ειρωνεια!! εκμεταλλευτηκε την ηλικια μας (κατω των 18) και ενω της ειχαμε εξηγησει εξαρχης οτι θα πληρωσουμε με μετρητα και μας απαντησε πως δεν υπαρχει κανενα προβλημα ΞΑΦΝΙΚΑ ΘΥΜΗΘΗΚΕ ΠΩΣ ΕΙΧΕ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ!!!!!!!! Μεινετε μακρια! ενας οικοδεσποτης σωστος δεν εκμεταλλευεται την ηλικια μικρων παιδιων! καλη...
