Poseidon Seaview Studios — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

The hotel is on the coast and has a nice view from the balconies and a large maintained yard / garden. ||+ Plenty of parking space. ||+ You can stay with a pet. ||BUT: ||- The price and the building are as for a hotel but the conditions are as for a hostel/camping. You have to ask for sheets and towels and change them yourself. You also throw away and clean the bin yourself. In the bathroom the drain has a problem and returns water even when you turn on the water to brush your teeth. When bathing there is a flood and you have to soak up the water with a mop, a broom and a bucket left outside.||- The hosts had guests all the time and sat and made noise under the balcony with the view. There was no silence, it felt like there was a restaurant or Cafe downstairs. In addition to the other noise, on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. there was construction work on the neighboring building in the yard. The hosts did not warn us nor even apologized!||- Instead of bedside tables there are chipboard shelves, the room has only beds and a wardrobe. Also there is no cupboard in the bathroom, only a manually fitted glass shelf. The toiletries included only one liquid soap already used. In general, the furniture is old and adapted and in the photos in Internet it looks much better than in reality. The fridge was old and the shelves were falling, the stove was broken and had to be replaced.||- The hotel is outside the town and you can walk there for 10-15 minutes, which is nice at the beginning. On the way back is an uphill, which is not ok for everyone and after 2-3 days it...

We stayed from July 3rd to 11th, place is very clean, hosts are perfect and very helpful, Mrs. Mirjana and Mr. Andreas are very hospitable. The view is amazing, the nature around the house is so relaxing and impeccably groomed. The best beaches are 10 min. by walk and 2-3 min. by car. The centre od Afytos is 10 min. walking distance only. Highly recommended, we’ll be back...
