Lefkas Hotel — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

This hotel deserves zero stars but im giving one as its no possible for zero. I dont know where to start this review because are a lot. First thing in the room the fridge and the air conditioning was not working, we needed to comlain several times to the reception and everytime her answer was i will send someone to see it, but no one ever come. The fun fact was thet they werent broken just they hadn’t turn them on, we needed to complain so they could turn on the Ac and the frigde. Second thing the room was not clean at all, the floor was with hair and the towels with stains on it. And they never came to clean the room once, only the last day that we were leaving. We complained several times and also left the room card to get cleaned but they didn’t care at all. The staff was not helpful at all and they didn’t care they just say yes for everything and did nothing for it. When we complained once for the room cleaning the men in the reception who worked there, sayed that we havent payed the hotel taxes as the others who stayed there. But the problem its not it as i payed the hundred euros to stay there its no problem for me to pay the 3€/night for the hotel taxes, i just forgot and he also didnt remind me when i did the check in, except he reminded me when i complained for the cleaning of my room. Also i had inculded with breakfast and i didn’t eat once there because the food they served was horrible. They also checked us out one day before as we had our staying 16-21 of august but i didnt say anything about it because i didnt want to stay a minute more at that hotel. The only good they have its the location, everything else is a disaster. Im not asking much because what would you expect for a 3 star hotel, but this are the primary things even for the worst hotel to exist. This hotel is a disaster and i would never come back again. And i would never come back against to the agency that work with places like this and take your money for nothing. If you want a good hotel just read the reviews and better find it yourself without any agency. They just want to rip off your money and wont give you the deserved service that you...

We stayed at Lefkas Hotel in Lefkada from 26–30 August and were very disappointed with our stay.

We had to change rooms three times: the first room had not been cleaned (despite being marked as ready), the second had a strong sewage smell, and only after insisting were we given a third room in slightly better condition. Even then, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Corners and surfaces were dusty and covered with hair, and nothing appeared to have been cleaned properly. The tray with the kettle, glasses, and coffee sachets was dirty, and the paper underneath looked like it had not been replaced for months.

Housekeeping was minimal. The sheets were not changed during our entire stay; only the towels were replaced. Shower gel was provided on the first day but never replenished. The shower itself was in very poor condition: the shower head was damaged, spraying water everywhere and flooding the bathroom floor almost every time it was used. To make matters worse, there was a persistent sewage odor coming from the bathroom drains.

Noise was another serious issue. The hotel is far from quiet: sounds carry easily from the street, from other rooms, and even from the lobby, where guests were playing piano late at night. This made it very difficult to rest.

The overall condition of the hotel feels dated and neglected. Breakfast was very basic, with limited and low-quality options. When we raised concerns, staff were not especially accommodating, often defensive rather than helpful.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is central and convenient for exploring Lefkada town. Unfortunately, this does not outweigh the many shortcomings we experienced.

In summary, our stay was uncomfortable and frustrating, and the hotel did not meet even basic expectations of cleanliness, maintenance, or service. We would not stay here again and cannot...

Where do i start ... We went there and they didnt want to check us in before 19:00 , it was 17:00 o'clock After the checkin there was no internet for all the stay (5 days) , the rooms were dirty and the bathroom kept smelling. In one of the rooms we ordered with king bed , they brought two single bads together. The staff was rude as hell , they just didn't care at all . They treated us in the most disrespectful way possible. Room service was unknown for them and never offered. They pretend freeparking on site , but there was none for us , even when there was a place near the hotel they had it reserved for someone else. The food ... We had breakfast and lunch included but : For breakfast in the hotel we had a challenge to find clean plates forks and knifes , than the food was the second challenge , to find the one wich was a little freshier than the others , as we got food poisoned from the first breakfast.. For the lunch they told us to go to a cheap tavern nearby which we were more than ok with . At least one of the meals we paid for was eatable . I can keep going for long but I think its clear that if you want to visit Lefkada wich is a beautiful island wich I enjoyed very much, first find the hotel and read carefully...
