Prokimea Apartments — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

This must be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. We had reserved a room for 5 people, stating that we have an elderly person who needs at least a decent sofa bed to sleep. They confirmed that there was one in the room, which was a lie. They said they never told us there was one, and they offered to bring a camp bed, that was in such a bad condition that when one sat on it it reached the floor! The room was in a very bad condition. The water in the bath tab was either cold or boiling hot! The power plugs were falling apart, making their use extremely dangerous! The TV had no signal! They told us there were plenty of parking places in the area, but the truth was we had to drive half an hour every day to find a parking spot and walk 10 minutes to reach the room! They tricked me to make the booking outside Booking with the excuse that she can offer me rooms next to each other only through her. When we arrived she informed us that the fifth bed is not a sofa bed but just a sofa that we can magically use as a bed. When we requested another room that fits five she refused to give it to us as it was booked through Booking to other travelers and she couldn't mess that up since they would complain at Booking. She offered the solution of a camp bed that was meant for a toddler, although we were all adults. Destination is excellent. Courtesy of staff is good. Cleanliness is not for praise. This applies to apartment A2 on the ground floor. The sofa in the living room has an unpleasant smell. Obviously, her pillows and mattress were not washed out of the way they were set. The same story is for double bad in sleeping room. These things give an impression of stagnation.
