Clean and modern guesthouse. I think there are perhaps 7 guest rooms in total. Our room was big enough and featured a small balcony facing the glorious stone pillars of Meteora. A communal rooftop patio offers similarly lovely views of Meteora, as well as the town of Kalambaka. ||We stayed at 3 different hotels over the course of this trip, but I recall that the bed and pillows here were especially comfortable to sleep on.||You fill out a form each day informing what you would like for breakfast in the morning, and the hosts make sure it is ready during the timeframe you would like to arrive (8am being the earliest breakfast time). Speaking of the hosts, they were very kind and gracious. It was almost superhuman how they were able to anticipate our needs and arrive to assist in a most timely manner. They were definitely a highlight of our stay here and helped ensure we had a great time, mitigating some transportation issues we had, as well as the rainy weather.||We rented a car one day of our stay, and it was easy to park on the street right in front of the hotel. ||Finally, as for location, there is much online discourse about whether to stay in Kalambaka or Kastraki, and this guesthouse pretty well straddles the border right between the two of them. It is officially in Kalambaka, but in a very quiet area at the top of the hill. It is easy enough to walk down into the center of town, or else through the charming residential neighborhoods en route to the Holy Trinity monastery...

Read moreHad the most amazing stay here! What can I say... this place had all the modern amenities as a 5 star hotel but with the added bonus of the local hospitality from the owner. The room was beautiful and I had one of the best sleeps of my whole trip in this room. The view from both the room balcony and the guesthouse terrace was incredible. The breakfast was delicious and prepared specifically to order. It was my partner’s birthday and the owner helped arrange and pick up a birthday cake to surprise us when we entered the room. Thank you, Anna Maria for showing us such amazing hospitality. Meteora was stunning, but it’s places like these run by such amazing people that really make a trip memorable. If you are looking to explore Meteora, stay here! Honestly, it will make your experience...
