Don't get close! Shocking Service Low Maintenance!
Edit: I was not wrong at the address as the hotel manager was trying to deny. My only interest is to tell what I experienced.
This place is really not a hotel. The lowest maintenance level I have seen, really does not justify 45 euros. We got a windowless room, with a balcony door that closes in all directions and windows of 2 toilets from different rooms facing it! The toilets are very crowded, and even I as a tiny woman could not sit there properly. The room was choked and we couldn't breathe. We tried to turn on the air conditioner that comes with the room but we couldn't.
When we turned to reception to help us with the air conditioner, the woman argued with me that no air conditioner was needed this season. When I told her we needed an air conditioner, she removed the air conditioner remote from her drawer. That is - from the beginning, they prevented us from using the service that they record that exists in their place! The air conditioner remote did not help turn it on and after 2 more inquiries for reception they came up to us, turned on the air conditioner and took the blanket. When we asked why they said that anyone who needs an air conditioner doesn't need a blanket.
Another thing was that they left used toilet paper and almost finished from the people before us. When I went to ask for more toilet paper, you were questioned about the cause and made me feel wrong that I needed paper!
Nowhere does this justify people's attitude, they made me feel humiliated and ruined my experience from...
Read moreWe arrived by mistake late at night with no reservation. The front desk personnel were so friendly, and rented two rooms to us with great views of the mountains and valley below. The rooms are very clean and bathroom is spacious. I love the white noise of the ventilation system. The balcony offers spectacular views of the mountains above the property. The place is quiet. Great for sleeping.
Beds could be a little better- very low to the ground and not as comfortable as I would prefer. That's the only item that isn't great here.
Breakfast buffet was good. They only offered hard boiled eggs this day. But the coffee and juice are very good. We ate on the patio to enjoy the views of the pool and mountains. It rained overnight, and water was flowing off the cliff sides. The pool looked very inviting.
I would definitely recommend a stay here. You need a car because it is above and out of the village a few minutes drive. But well worth the time and the price is great for the value offered. Thank you for a great...
Read moreThe rooms were fine. Bathrooms were nice. For people coming in from the states they don't turn the AC on until late May. It was in the high 80s today May 8th. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. The Gentleman that served us drinks was amazing and the women that checked us in also was amazing. The views and location was really wonderful to.
The reason for the two stars is I believe he was either the manager and or owner was extremely rude to multiple people in our group, myself included. To the point where he actually "shewed" me away with his hand when I asked about the AC. I realize sometimes in this part of the world it's seasonal totally understand. So I was not complaining simply trying to confirm. When others asked for towels for the pool he gave them an attitude as well because he did not want to get up and get them. Lovley place and the service staff was great. However I will not give anymore business to someone being rude...
