We spent two weeks in one of these wonderful apartments, which are literally in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Our apartment had two rooms with new and modern furniture and air conditioning. The windows, when closed, could ensure perfect silence. They also had insect-screens for those who want to feel the breeze of the see and hear the sound of crickets and cicadas.|For dinner, you have a lot of choice. You can either eat at the restaurant next to the apartments or walk 10 min to reach the center of the village, where you have many options.|Eleni (the owner) has always been very friendly and provided us with tips on beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Plakias suites. Great standard, well appointed apartment with definitely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in when visiting Greece. The Coco-mat products are really great quality- I loved the pillow so much that I bought one to take home. The beach was just across the road with a great little beach bar serving food and drinks. This is the quieter side of the town so there’s a fabulous relaxing atmosphere, we were able to really unwind and recharge - just what we needed. Hi all, ||we had an excellent 10 days in a one bed room suite. This is a family run business, they also own and run the beach bar across the road. Complementary beach beds and beach towels. All of the family members made us feel very welcome. Excellent hosts, very much a sense that we were staying in their own home with out being any way over bearing, ensured we were not in need of anything.||||The suites were perfect and it is a lovely quite location. The bar and beach less than 100m from the suites. The bar also serves food made fresh for you.||Sitting on the bean bags with one of their excellently made cocktail drinks as the sun goes down over Plakais bay is some thing special. ||||Recommended...
