I found this place while searching on Google Maps, and from the moment I arrived, I could feel the warm and positive energy of the house. The host is incredibly kind and helpful—he even provides printed information to make everything clear for guests, even though he speaks very good English.
I truly loved the place. As others have mentioned, it's perfect for easy-going travelers who aren't looking for luxury, but still want real comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent, with all the products a woman might need. Everything is thoughtfully provided.
The location is perfect—very close to the Port, making it easy to catch a ferry to Albania or take a bus to and from the airport. I felt so lucky to have found this place. There was a real sense of calm, safety, and familiarity, and the way the host keeps the room made me feel like a princess in a charming, old-style house.
On top of that, he printed my boarding pass when my phone battery was dying and I didn’t have a charger. He’s such a helpful person, opening the doors of his home in a truly warm and welcoming way.
It’s also just a short walk to the town center, bars, and anything else you might need in Corfu. A truly special experience!

The room was dirty (stained towel, used pillowcase) and offered no privacy. To reach the bathroom, guests had to walk through my room constantly, even at night, so I couldn’t close the door. I do not mind sleeping with other people in the room, but this felt like a hallway rather than a room. The bathroom itself was rusty and filthy—I didn’t even want to shower. Shockingly, the owner (male) entered my room late evening without knocking and asked me if I need the light then turned it off. I’ve stayed in many hostels before, but this was by...
Read moreBefore booking, keep in mind this isn't a hostel for everyone, but for the ones who like simplicity in life. I loved the concept of transforming a house into a hostel. Amaizing location, clean place to stay in, such comfy beds and the most important for me: quiet to work. I was lucky cause the hostel wasn't busy at all and I had the dormitory all for myself😍 So many shampoos, soaps and creams in the toilet, I was surprised: in all my backpacking traveling life, this was the first time I experienced this. Comparing to the first hostel I stayed in, this hostel was a treasure. Overall,...
