LOC Hospitality Urban Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

Our stay during the Easter holidays was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The room we were given was dirty, neglected, and visibly dusty, with layers of dust on shelves, light fixtures, floors, and corners. Despite the festive season, the atmosphere was anything but welcoming.

After expressing our complaints to the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he chose to publicly blame the cleaning staff, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Even when we pointed out the exact dusty areas, they were superficially wiped down while the rest of the room was left untouched and filthy.

The environment was unhygienic and suffocating, causing my wife– who suffers from a dust allergy – to experience severe discomfort. We were forced to leave one day earlier, losing both time and money, due to the unbearable conditions and the total absence of care or respect for guests.

What should have been a relaxing holiday in beautiful Corfu turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience, ruined by neglect, poor management, and a lack of basic hospitality.

Absolutely not...

Superior & Authentic Customer Service !!!

This place definitely lives up to its name, "Land of Corfu (LOC) Hospitality". I had to travel to the island with little notice due to a family emergency. Lina, the gracious property manger, went above and beyond in making my otherwise stressful visit as comfortable and easy as possible. I contacted her numerous times during my stay; she always answered my queries and addressed my needs promptly and professionally. In my travels throughout Europe, I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. You certainly won't find a lodging run by more caring people.

The mattress was somewhat firm for my personal taste. On the whole, however, my apartment was quite comfortable with its many thoughtful amenities. Also, the property is ideally situated for walking anywhere. No real...

I would like to start thanking Manuela for her support sorting out the issues we had during our stay. The Venitian Well house (1st Floor) - where we stayed 2 nights out of 4 booked- was not in great conditions. Not particularly clean, humid, the shower drain was very slow and last but not least the moths (coming from the wooden ceiling). We informed Manuela who promptly arranged for the pipes to be fixed and offered us to move to a double suite for the third night and return to the Ground Floor apartment by the Well on our fourth night. Those two were in better conditions, however, it was very stressful moving from one place to another in between visits and tours.
