The best Bazaar by far. 👍🏻

It's a Warren of tiny streets, hard to pass people at times. Colours clump together like window boxes on cottage sills. The smells of leather intoxicate the senses. Stall owners scan the punters for any indication that your interested, then with friendly banter the coerce you inside to discover more.

Hundreds of different size and style of sandals. That was the quest for me. Like a Greek hero of old I scanned the wares for my daughter's style requirements.

And the prices? Ok for this humble dad.

Happy with our purchase we weave in and out of the bazaar content with a full bag of bargains, but wait, look here, see this, see that. They have more to offer. We have more to see. More treats, smells sights, intoxicating the whole...

Busy but happy/friendly feel. Obviously rammed with tourists, but that's the point. Many different shops, selling a wide range of items, all the sort of things tourists tend to buy. Prices are average for a European resort. You can buy traditional Greek clothing, jewellery & food to rude or comedic tee-shirts & ornaments. Something for most people's taste. Parking is very good in the main carpark, €3 for a full day & we found the guy in the ticket office helpfull (& speaking English). Dinning is pleasant, many places to sit & enjoy good food. You can get a good quality meal for under €15 per person. If you're a tourists & driving, the roads around the area can be a bit tricky, but in my opinion, local drivers are not aggressive & accept that tourists are a bit slower & need time to assess...

Beautiful market that is bustling with people and shops selling some really cool stuff for everyone! Explore the interior, smaller streets for the low prices!

Getting there by public transport would be most ideal in my opinion and then you have to walk 5-7min to get to the market. Most of the shops and restaurants on the outside were not exactly cheap (eg the casual summer dresses for ladies were around 60-70-80€ which was on the higher side). But the more interior we got, the narrow streets- the prices were less like the dresses were around 20-30€, Cork bags that looked so cool were 24€, a specific handbag that I purchased for 30€ in Verona Italy was only 15€ here ... so definitely explore. We even found a few restaurants that were serving authentic Greek cuisine...
