Miss Marrone City Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Great location right outside the old town which makes it more convenient. Cabs/rental car can park right outside the hotel and you don’t need to drag your luggage around.

Hotel was clean and the housekeeping team did an excellent/thorough job during our stay.

Reception staff always helpful and happy to share information.

Breakfast was decent.

The team also helped arrange a car rental which was delivered and handed over at the hotel, so convenient.

Rooms were spacious. We stayed in the triple room. Which had ample space for large bags and carry ons of two persons.

The only downside for us was unavailability or a bar tender on several occasions. However, this did not impact our stay as the hotel is close to old town which has plenty of bars and restaurants.

We were staying in Chania for 2 nights of our babymoon before moving deeper into the island. Brand new hotel, everything is pristine, clean, and modern. Comfy rooms and beds, great WiFi and aircon, nice balcony which got evening sun, incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, lovely breakfast in a specious area downstairs, and perfect central location a short walk from the harbour - we will definitely be staying here again, we loved this hotel! ❤️ Our flight was 2+ hours delayed and hotel staff reassured us we will be able to check in after midnight which put our worries at ease. Also one of the best coffee/bakeries (Red Jane Bakery) and gyros-hole-in-the-wall (Το Σουβλάκι Όπως Παλιά) places in Chania are a short walk from the hotel, so there’s not much more could...

We had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but really comfortable—perfect for a short stay. We had a hiccup with the air conditioner not working, but they got it fixed quickly, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and they had a great variety of coffees to choose from, which was a nice way to start the day. Maria at the front desk was especially nice and made our stay even better. One downside was that parking was tough to find, but the hotel’s location made up for it—it’s within walking distance to the city center and the beautiful Venetian port.
