Mass times are at 7pm Monday - Saturday, and 10am on Sunday. Weekly masses were in Greek and Sunday mass was in Greek and English.
From what I could find, this is the only Catholic Church on Crete. It’s right accross the street from the large Greek Orthodox Church.
It’s run by the Franciscans, the priest’s name is currently Father Luca.

Na Krecie są dwa katolickie kościoły. Ten w Chanii trudny do namierzenia. Zlokalizowany na przeciwko cerkwi. Wchodzi się do niego przez bramę. Można powiedzieć, że jest umiejscowiony w oficynie. Kiedy wchodziliśmy na niedzielną Mszę w drzwiach usłyszeliśmy "dzień dobry". Cała ceremonia przygotowana z niezwykłą pieczołowitością. Każdy wchodzący do Świątyni otrzymał przebieg Mszy Św. w kilku językach. We Mszy duży udział wiernych. Każdy drobiazg dopracowany. Organista i chór w lewej nawie, przez co czuć ich żywy udział. W tracie komunii świętej rozbrzmiała po polsku Barka, okazało się, że na Mszy cała gromada Polaków :) Warto odwiedzić tą świątynię i wziąć udział we Mszy, która odprawiana jest po grecku, ale niektóre pieśni i czytania są po angielsku. I ten polski akcent Barka była dla nas miłym przeżyciem :) Na uwagę zasługuje maleńki, piękny ogród przed wejściem do Świątyni i figura...
