Nefeli Rooms — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

We got a cool and big room with a balcony with a great view on the sea. There's place for car and a beach. After my first 3 days there I gave 5 stars, however after the whole week I'm changing my mark to 3 stars, because a) my favorite trousers "disappeared" there after I forgot to take them from the wardrobe when checking out. Such things normally don't happen in Europe, b) there was a problem with warm water in the tap, c) it could be a bit cleaner - there were tens or hundreds of small ants coming out of many little holes on the bottom of walls, and that...

Yanna is a agressiv and unfriendly houskeeper. To use A/S was not allowed. We have to brake up our visit because it was not normal and very dirty. But we lost 665,00€ and Airbnb does nothing. Yanna comes every day in our room but not to clean our room. No she comes only to controll the hous rules. It was the horror. I think this woman is ill. She don‘t told me the adrese. I dont know why but it is not normal.

This place is a gem, near the sea. You can see the sunrise ,the sunset,the mountains.The bus to Chania stops in front of the house and runs every 20 minutes.There is a restaurant downstairs and near a lot.The grocery shop is just oppsite side of the road.The host is very kind and helpful.Always answers quickly.Everyday cleaning is exceptional.
