Maritime Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

I can’t recommend this place, when I arrived the room was not so clean, there was a dust on the table with a kettle and tea, the teacups were also dusty. The soap item was empty, and I had to unpack my bag first to wash my hand, not so convenient when you are tired after the road. There was no bottle of water in the room, you had to buy it in the supermarket nearby, I was lucky that the Spar supermarket was not far from the apartment, and it was an inconvenience that there was no water, because I had a late check in, I arrived after 11 pm and went to buy the water. Also I asked to bring me an iron and I was waiting for it 3 days, but I never had it.. My garbage was not taken out for all 3 days that I spent there.. But the room looks so modern and fresh but unfortunately it was dirty. The location is great, right near the sea and nice tavern. Also there was a public parking nearby, but usually it was full (depending from the time of course). Be careful! with a parking place, because I got fined for 20 euros of the not acceptable place, but as for me it was pretty normal, anyway on the next day I saw that on the same place another car was fined too (see the photo below). So to sum up my feedback, it seems like they don’t care about the customer at all, seems like I always had to remind about my presence and my basic needs, like to bring a soap and to change the bed linen because of the dirty spots on it, that were before my arrival. And I didn’t receive an email with an access code on the day before my arrival, I receive it when I was on a plane and I had to remind them like please send me the code😏 I had a basic studio room without a sea view, maybe they appreciate more the customers who booked...

We visited Maritime suites after a recommendation of a friend for a long weekend. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other and we were happy that the hotel managed to fullfil our request.
