This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. The driver was a young man, very helpful and meanwhile driving he was explaining us the city.||The hotel is half board with breakfast and dinner. Even though we did the check-in very late, they offered us the dinner, some delicious food and desserts.|Mr. Manos, the man in the front desk who welcomed us, was very polite, he explained carefully every detail, what was included etc.|The hotel has different buildings, but we had our room in the main building. It is located in a very calm area.|Room was cleaned, comfy and delightful.||A pool is located in front of the main building, they give you free towels and you can change them every 3 or 4 days. The area close to the pool is very nice and comfortable.|A bar is located close to the pool, they have a menu for snack and drinks, the prices are very economic and the quality is very good. Zaharia, the man who works during the day time is very kind and helpful. His cocktails were great.|Pool time is from 10.00-18.00.|They have a gym also that requires reservation.||Breakfast is the same everyday but it has a lot of varieties, orange juice was good and the fruit yoghurt also.|They ask you if you have any allergies.|The kitchen team is great, they did an excellent job, we stayed there 7 days and every dinner was different, one night chinese, mexican, greek, italian, etc.|You can choose to eat your meal inside, in the restaurant or close by the pool.|They also serve drinks (with payment) during dinner time and after. Big thanks to the special barman Ben and Alkeo. Two amazing boys who work there, taking care of anyone's needs with a big smile and an excellent behaviour.||In Crete everyone love cats, so you can find them everywhere, they stay around the pool during the day, but they don't bother anyone so it's okay.||We were very pleased by the hotel, the service and the staff but they should work a little bit more on the room cleaning. It is said that they change the bathroom towels everyday and the linens every 3 days. Some of them were not changed but as we spoke to Veronika, the girl at the front desk who is also very polite and helpful, a misunderstanding was made and after the room was cleaned.||We really enjoyed our experience in Harma boutique hotel and we recommend the vacations there during September because you will...

They will explain to you that it's normal to have hot water JUST when you have sun (limited hot water with balloon in the top of building so if other guests take all the hot water, you won't have any...) View on a landfill (see photo) No quiet and any respect Cockroaches (see photo) Bees all around the swimming pool (see photo) Same food every day No room service and no element in the room ( no coffee, no water, no crunch...) - just 4 glasses but to drink what ? I don't know No beach before 1km Pay all your stay when you arrive (it wasn't a prepaid rate for us) 1cm of water every morning in the balcony (extract of your room air conditionning direclty in your balconning) No private swimming pool (outside people can come) Amount of stay : 840€, but we paid in fact 940€, they keep our deposit and they never get back it... reason : cancellation policy....
All these points were reported to the reception, day after day but very friendly, we were on holidays.
After 1 week, an evening, before having diner outside, we just asked to the réception if it was possible to have hot water when we come back, they said yes but we didn't have any 3 hours later ... That was enough for us and the same night we just asked to get back our money for the rest of the reservation, make the Check out and just get back the deposit. We just received lies, contempt and indifference from the director and he called...
