Hotel Polydoros — Hotel in Municipality of Kantanos-Selinon

We only stayed here for one night but we made the right choice staying here. (If we had more time we would've stayed here much longer!) We're from a large urban city, Toronto, and have travelled worldwide on various budgets. ||We stayed in the 55euro room. We had stopped at a few nice looking resorts enquiring about sea view rooms. We only found side sea view and no view rooms in town that were clean but extremely basic for 60euros.||The room at Polydoros had a side view of both sides of the peninsula!|As it's in the middle of town where you're close to everything and close to a lovely pedestrian area with many open air restaurants.||The hotel wine bar and garden were lovely!|Our bed and room were extremely clean and luxurious! The bed was super comfortable with luscious bedding.||Sofia runs the place perfectly!|She gave us amazing tips of where to go in the area; beaches and restaurants! We stayed here for a week. Fantastic weather. So many gorgeous beaches nearby and lovely restaurants in the town, Sophia's recommendations were good. |We were greeted by Sophia who was most welcoming and promptly arrived (the reception is not manned and this is a sister hotel to Pal Beach) to let us know we had an upgrade to a bigger apartment. The apartment was great for us, clean enough, comfortable beds with nice white linen and nice pillows. Shower not very powerful but did the job. |We didn't cook but made coffee each morning boiling water on the hob. Cooking facilities very limited so wouldn't recommend proper cooking! |African grey parrot in kebab shop delighted us each morning, not early, with his repertoire. |Hotel, more apartments, is very central and surprisingly quiet at night despite being next to all the activity! Spacious ,spotlessly clean modern rooms with ac.Only 2 years old.Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets.Any issues were sorted straight away. Perfectly sited in the middle of everything.2 minutes to either beach.Restaurants on your doorstep.
