We haven't been here at night only during the day during the "off-season" and Niko makes the most amazing food. Honestly anything he cooks for you is amazing! No dish is the same the next day but tastes just as good if not better. We look forward to come to Palaichora just to eat Nikos food! His bougatsa is the best I have ever tasted, his omelette is amazing, club sandwich is out of this world, the ice cream so tasty. My son calls him the best cook in the world and I agree!
