Omega Residences — Hotel in Municipality of Karpathos

I HAVE ADDED A SCREENSHOT FROM THE PROPERTY LISTING WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT IT WAS ADVERTISED AS HAVING A HOT TUB AND A WASHING MACHINE. This is misleading advertising.

Unfortunately, this property has let us down in several important ways. While the onsite staff are genuinely pleasant and helpful, the management does not reflect the same standard of integrity. The property was advertised as having a hot tub and a washing machine, but neither was available. This is clear false advertising, a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and frankly, unethical. When I raised this issue, I was told they could wash our clothes for us; an offer I found inappropriate. As a result, we had to spend time finding a laundrette in town instead of enjoying our holiday. We were three travellers, and the listing specifically stated there were three beds. In reality, there were only two. When we requested a third keycard, we were told we would be charged for it, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The layout of the property is also problematic. The main living area is on the ground floor, but one bedroom is located above and another below, each accessed by a separate staircase that is narrow, steep, and dark due to black decoration of the interior walls. We had the most amazing experience staying at Omega Residences in Karpathos, Greece this past weekend. The location of these brand-new apartments is simply breathtaking, overlooking the city of Karpathos. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the easy check-in process and the warm welcome from the friendly staff.

The apartment we rented was spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the infinity swimming pool, which offered stunning views of the sea below. It was truly a magical experience to relax by the pool overlooking the Aegean Sea.

The staff at Omega Residences were incredibly polite and helpful, taking the time to greet us upon arrival and provide us with all the information we needed about the apartment and the surrounding area. Their hospitality added a special touch to our stay and made us feel right at home.

Overall, our experience at Omega Residences was nothing short of excellent. We were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the accommodations and the exceptional service provided by the staff.
