Erasmias Grill House — Restaurant in Municipality of Karpathos

Erasmias Grill House are nothing but shameless scammers and liars. They deliberately overcharged me by over 10 euros last night (2 Gyros pitas, sausage and a can of coke came to 25 euros!) When I went back today to call them out, they suddenly “couldn’t understand English.” Instead, they stood there laughing, smirking, and mocking me, a disgusting display of arrogance and disrespect.

This is not just bad service, it’s outright theft and humiliation of paying customers. The staff clearly prey on tourists, thinking they can get away with it. Their behavior was vile, degrading, and completely unprofessional.

If you value your money and your self-respect, do not trust these thieves. There are plenty of decent places to eat nearby and this cesspit is not one of them. Especially watch out for the guy who works there that ALWAYS sits at the bar doing nothing, as he is the most pathetic of all.

To confirm, I was never offered a refund, was only mocked in Greek. If I could give zero stars I would.

Damn!!! I can’t express it hard enough! But man have I ever eaten anything better than this? In a roll or in a pita/bread: Answer is no! This has to be the best gyro I had in my life! The content of it just shows how the most simple and traditional foods absolutely anticipates flavor and freshness! Both the pork and chicken gyro were extremely well grilled, I mean the very first bite, was like biting into roasted meat with such juiciness also accompanied with fresh tomatoes/onions and an outstanding tzatziki! I mean the spices and garlic level you can’t beat it! No one does it like these guys!

I can see they enjoy seeing guest enjoying the food! Very friendly staff! Nice looking too 🤪

Great place for a Gyro in any of its forms, chicken, pork, in pita or on plates. They also server Souvlaki on plate. Extremely friendly servers, and even on busy nights you get the food piping hot and fresh. We tried several places in Pigadia, but this has to be the best place for Gyros. It tastes great and they even have take away if you don’t want to sit down. While other places might offer more atmosphere, I don’t think you can beat the price or the quality of the food here.
