Kalea Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Milos

We stayed at Kalea Suites for our honeymoon and we loved it! This hotel is brand new and is modern whilst still keeping true to Milos culture.

As soon as we were dropped off by our transfer (kindly organised by Kalea Suites), upon our arrival we were greeted with open arms by the hosts. We were offered refreshments and were told they were at our disposal if we needed anything throughout our stay.

We were then escorted to our spacious room which was extremely clean and equipped with high quality amenities. The bed was comfortable, and had fresh bed linen. The bathroom consisted of a great high pressure shower and powerful hair dryer. Water temperature variety was also great as it went from very cold to extremely hot. A large tv with numerous streaming services. A working aircon and fan. A great minibar which included a coffee machine, fridge, freezer and sandwich press. There was also free high speed wifi connection.

Room maintenance every day was excellent. The room felt like it did when we first arrived. Our belongings were never moved or touched. Fresh and clean towels were replenished daily.

The hotel also has a really nice pool that is well maintained every day, making it clean and refreshing to swim in. Kalea Suites also provides beach towels if needed.

Kalea Suites conveniently also has a free parking area right next to the hotel, which we used daily for our hired buggy.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful as it is situated around back streets with no restaurants, bars or clubs close by that play loud music. The location is also convenient as it is only a 5 minute walk to Pollonia hub.

Overall, our experience with Kalea Suites was nothing but great. The hosts are super friendly and they constantly helped make our time in Milos memorable by continually recommending us restaurants, experiences, and reputable businesses.

Absolutely incredible stay - family run and opened in June 2025 so don’t be scared for the lack of reviews - this place will have thousands in no time and people will be lucky if they can get in, no joke. In hindsight, given the amount of comfort and sleep I got, would probably pay $500 a night or more for the standard room we had, so this is a steal! Pamela and her husband are fantastic hosts and you’ll casually see them around and bump in around the island - super cool. This isn’t a hotel - it’s a mixture of Ritz Carlton meeting Airbnb - the finishes are stunning, everything is high end and the pictures don’t give it justice. The beds are literally incredible and I’m a huge complainer about tough hard European crappy beds - this is probably the only place I slept for the last week!! Would stay here even just for that reason. AC perfect. Unlimited hot water and water pressure is beyond US standards - the water shower is heaven on earth. Kalea Suites was absolutely AMAZING!!! This is a brand new beautiful property. The owners Vasili & Pam greeted our family of four upon arrival. I can honestly say that from the moment we arrived until our departure, this awesome couple literally made us feel like family. Our lovely suite, was super clean & stylish; there was even a bottle of local wine waiting for us in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure strong, the room well appointed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine in our suite. I loved waking up each morning making my coffee & enjoying the sunrise & morning breeze next to the sleek swimming pool. When going out for the day, we would always come back to a spotless room. Vasili & Pam were always available to answer any questions we had & make suggestions on where to eat and what to see. They even helped us arrange a boat tour which was the highlight of our trip.
