This is hands down the best restaurant in Milos. I have been coming to Milos for more than 15 years, more or less every year. The food combines elaborately put-together classical Greek dishes with sophisticated dishes that the owner has developed. Two unexpected highlights were the appetizer plate and the French fries (everyone on the table agreed that they were potentially the best they ever had anywhere :-). Very friendly staff, superb view for admiring beautiful and tranquil sunsets. The food is very tasty. The appetizer plates are excellent. The prices are fair. It might be necessary to reserve a table just to make sure. And the local drink made out of grapes is magnificent, in its two versions: the traditional raki and the sweetened one (with honey and cinnamon) called rakomelo. Definitely do check it out! We tried out Rakomelos as it was next door to our rental place and it was super cute, cozy and delicious. It is a small family owned and operated restaurant by a couple so service was a little slow but otherwise, food was delicious. The shrimps are a MUST try, by far the best shrimps we’ve had in our lives, and the veggie pasta was just incredible. Beautiful place in a quiet street in Pollonia.
