Niki Rooms — Hotel in Municipality of Milos

Hopefully this review will serve as a warning to potential travellers who consider booking niki rooms. We have booked and paid for upfront for 4 nights stay in June as part of a short visit to Greece. 3 days before arriving in Milos I have received a message from Niki rooms that they have cancelled our stay. No explanation. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. Middle of June with hardly any accommodation left in Milos we were forced to waste a day searching for another hotel. Silly me presumed that when a place cancels your stay a refund will follow instantly, not when your dealing with niki rooms. Countless massages back and forth all for nothing. They even had audacity to ask me for my banking details Asia to process the refund. This was just a delaying technique as no refund had been made. In the end we are still 375 euro out of pocket having paid for something we never could use and had to pay 650 euros for last minute hotel in Milos as a result of this. As far as I'm concern what they have done is plain theft when people have to save hard to have a trip of a life time ruined by greedy and unscrupulous operators like those that run niki rooms. Be aware and perhaps put other accomodation location first before you consider risking your hard earned money...

The location was central for Adamas. The accommodation was suitable. Clean space with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is very small and the shower leaves the whole area wet which is a bit unpleasant. The aircon is also very old and was extremely noisy so we didn’t have the best nights sleeps there. Some interior furnishing upgrades would modernize the space and a more clear reception area and procedure could definitely improve the...

Pro: good location, cheaper than other places. Cons: bathroom dirty, mold on shower and shower wall, holes on the bottom of shower connecting to the bathroom, when water starts running, a blob of black dirty stuff runs out into the bathroom, bathroom smells like a mix of urine and sweat, facility old. Loud: facing street, smoke and other odors leak through the window. All in all, not a comfortable stay, using the shower and the bathroom...
