Food ok but rude and racist.

I had an extremely rude and racist experience with one of the staff members. When she asked, "Are you ready to order?" I politely asked, "Is the energy bowl with yogurt? Or only with milk?" Her response was a dismissive "Yes."

I tried to clarify by saying, "So it has all the ingredients plus yogurt," but before I could finish, she interrupted me mid-sentence. She mumbled something unclear, which I couldn’t understand.

To avoid confusion, I repeated my question, "I just want to confirm if the energy bowl is with yogurt or not." She mumbled again and then, shockingly, she asked me, "Do you speak English?"

I found this incredibly offensive and racist, especially since I had been speaking English the entire time. It felt like she made that assumption just because I’m Asian. I calmly responded, "Yes, I do."

She continued explaining that all the ingredients were included, but when I said, "So that means it’s without yogurt?" she contradicted herself again, saying "No," and pointed out that everything was on the board, in a very impatient and condescending manner.

At this point, I just wanted clarity, so I asked again, "Could you just answer it is with or without yogurt." Her explanation was long and unclear, and she ended by impatiently saying it could be with milk or just water.

We’ve been in Greece for over a week and this is our first bad experience with customer service. They were literally so rude & moved as slow as possible and quite unapologetic about it. And not chill vibes southern European slow, like I hate my life and job and don’t want to serve foreigners slow. They got my order wrong and when I asked she literally was so pissed I even asked and didn’t say sorry and offered to fix it in a “if I have to but go away pls” tone. Just wanted to get out of there so didn’t even bother waiting. Idk how it has such good reviews, don’t come here unless you want grumpy rude people making your juice really slowly.

Excellent gem we found in Adamas , Milos ! We were going there every single day during our holiday . They offered great fresh smoothies , energy bars , Greek salads , sandwiches and more ! Everything was prepared in front of our eyes after ordering ans excellent quality fresh ingredients ! As vegetarians , we had lot of options too for having a good healthy breakfast or a brunch or a lunch or a supper …… they had nice coffee as well …. I remember enjoying a nice chilled Mocha tea too .
