Korali Garden Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

I'm very sorry for this review but unfortunately things have to be said as they are. the girls with their father are nice and helpful, the place is in a strategic area and certainly convenient for getting to the center on foot. (negative notes) the cleanliness which unfortunately is very insufficient, as only the bed sheet is placed and that's it, the bathroom remains like, dirty shower with hair or sand from the day before, not to mention the floor (you walk in white socks two meters long and they are black) towels can't be changed every two days if I pay for good quality hotel service. I also have some photos of the room situation and also what I found next to the bed that is better than not placed. The only advice I give is to be consistent and admit that there are some things that you absolutely need to improve because if you had done that the place would have really deserved a lot. have a nice day and good luck with everything.

We stayed for 5 nights at the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 kids (9&5).|Both rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds, air con & wifi worked well. It is a basic hotel with no frills but for us it was just fine. The kitchen is small, we only needed to cook breakfast, everything we used got cleaned daily and so did the room.|The kids room was on the road side so when the balcony door was opened it was really noisy, it did not bother us as it was too hot to keep the doors opened anyway plus we had a second balcony that was at the back overlooking the tomato plantation.|A special thank you goes to Sofia at the reception who is very friendly and gave us lots of tips of where to go and eat. But the star is George a very gentle soul who was always so helpful. He helped us organize a car hire, went to pick us up at the port and dropped us off there as well at 5:30am. Thank you so much again George.|The location is a bit away, not too far though, a nice 10/15 walk to the port which we did not mind at all. And yes, it is in a busy road so you have to be really careful specially with small kids but it's only for a small portion until you get to the bakery.|In all I would recommend this hotel for the price, location and spacious rooms. Whilst travelling the Greek islands we had previously stayed in private lets with some of them very basic, we booked in at Korali for our arrival in Naxos and from the beginning we felt at home.||||We were picked up on our arrival at the port and on the way to Korali told how to get to certain places, once we checked in we were given a map with recommendations on places to visit and eat, we tried a couple of the recommendations which were great! The property is a short walk to the port!||||The room was spacious, clean and we had a double bed, the room was cleaned EVERY day which was great.||||Due to travelling we needed to have our clothes washed and used the express clean service the hotel provided which was amazing, the clothes were washed dried and folded the same day and smelt beautiful for only 10 euros! ||||The pool was quiet clean and perfect for a lazy day.||||The staff were fantastic and friendly and there whenever we needed anything, we also had a lift back to the port which is great if you have heavy bags.||||Overall Korali made our stay the best it could be and I’d definitely return if we ever travel back to the beautiful island of Naxos,||||Thanks...
