It actually deserves 5 stars. But after the negative experience we had, unfortunately I have to score badly. First of all, there is no bus from the airport. And we had to pay 90 euros for the taxi.|Very good location. Very close to the beach. But there is a dirty creek next to it. And if you leave the balcony door open, all the nasty flies and mosquitoes from that creek swarm into the room.|One night while sitting on the balcony, I closed the door to keep the flies in and unfortunately the door was locked. Despite all my efforts, I could not open the door and I had to sleep on the balcony with my pregnant wife. As a result of calling the given phone numbers many times, someone answered the phone around 2 am. I told him the situation, but he spoke to me in Greek and hung up on me. Then at 6 a.m. someone else picked up the phone and told me to be careful closing the door, which was pretty absurd. He told me he was away, that he would send his friend. And finally his friend came and opened the door at 7:30 in the morning. It was very bad for us that our holiday experience was so bad.|Then we asked how we could get to the airport for the return and they told us that we should take a taxi. When we asked if he could book a taxi for us, unfortunately we did not receive any answer. (Still no reply to my message.)|We booked a taxi on our own and were really glad to get out of there at the end of the day.||Extra: Since i wrote this negative review on booking, they asked me for an extra fee on the pretext that I did not comply with their policy in the room. Read moreWELL,||Are plane was delayed bcoz of General Strike in Greece,but then we got a transfer by minibus which shaved 9o mins off|| Lena was there to carry one of our bags, & we were in our apartment within a few minutes!|| A copy of your passport number, & half a euro per day were required tourist charge.|| Surprised to see an oven & spacious kitchen, along with a large bedroom.|| Our room number 6 was poolside, plenty of space to dry stuff, & see what was going on .|| The pool was warm by outdoor standards, & cleaned most mornings!|| Plenty of comfy sunbeds, with a Library complemented the pool scene, & during our early season stay, the volume was pretty low for Greek music.|| Location of this 1-2 star establishment was Rural, with country sounds, & pretty flowers .|| The walk to Arillas Beach is about 15 mins at least, but totally flat , if a little bendy!|| Be watchful for traffic, as you don't get pavements!|| Arillas Village does tend to miss out on the special offers for trips & meals that you get in Sidari, but is a stunning location for a holiday!|| Afionas Village is up a steep hill 45mins walk, but superb for sunsets & a Back2Back Beach !|| San Stefanos is the same kind of distance, we walked along the coast as opposed to the busy main road. || The weather, early June was lovely& hot, getting into the mid thirties most days|| Out of term-time, its relaxed by the pool, but I would imagined with a few noisy children, it...
