Just returned from the most wonderful 5 week stay at John Apartments.

Spiros was a wonderful host, he gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to eat at and things to see. He was often around the area to talk to or available by message. His whole family were so pleasant and friendly.

The apartment itself, while being very affordable had everything you could need. Simple, but effective. Our balcony had a beautiful view, the beds were comfortable, everything was so clean. We had a very sweet cleaning lady visit daily who went above and beyond tending to the apartment.

Location cannot be faulted, everything in Roda is within a walking distance, the apartment itself is 5 minutes from the beach. A shop, about 30 seconds away from the front door stocks all essentials and is well priced.

We really absolutely adored our stay here, when we left it felt like leaving home. We cannot wait to return next year. Thank you Spiros.

I have stayed at John Apartments several times in recent years with family, in many of the different apartments both upstairs and downstairs, 1 and 2 bed. The apartments are in a very good location, central but quiet, and with all the amenities you need nearby. There is a well stocked shop just feet away, and a very welcoming pool bar/restaurant at the nearby hotel across the street. John apartments themselves are comfortable and well equipped, with everything you need. The WiFi is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Spiros will do his absolute best to ensure you have everything you need. The cleaner is very efficient and friendly. Spacious and clean apartment with a large terrace and parking space. The apartment is cleaned every day and towels, as well as sheets are changed 3 times in 10 nights. Apartments are located near the beach and beach bars, however in the same time is a quite area. The host is very welcoming, polite, friendly and will provide you with all the information related to Roda itself and the rest of the island.
