Sincerely, if I could give a zero rating, I would. This place offers a shuttle service from the airport to the premises. I decided to book it even though it costs 20 euros more than a taxi. Upon arrival at the airport the driver insisted that the owner prefers to be paid by cash. Because I never carry cash I told the driver to stop at an ATM on our way to the premises so I can withdraw some cash. The driver insisted that he, himself takes me at an ATM in the airport. After having a few problems with my card not being accepted at specific ATMs, I was able to withdraw 90 euros, the amount agreed prior to booking. The driver during this time is on the phone with the owner and suddenly he hands me his phone, telling me the owner needs to speak to me. In return, the owner in a demanding, thuggish and bullying way started to insult me and tell me to give the driver a " hefty tip" 20 euros and over. Mind you, all this time this man is yelling at me over the phone for no reason. I came with my family, including my 89 years old mother from across the world to have two unprofessional bullies and thugs trying to scam money from me. Shame on you. Do not book this place, they're petty thieves and if you decide to book despite the numerous negative reviews, Do NOT book their shuttle service because they will try to rip you off. Finally, I cancelled my stay. I was left with my elderly mother in the middle of the night looking for another hotel room to book. The apartments are conveniently placed within 5 minutes driving of the main departure ferryboat harbor. Rooms are very nicely decorated with a combination of modern Industrial and Swedish simplicity design, yet impeccably clean and very well fitted with hotel specific amenities. Internet is very fast, boarding pass printing is possible immediately upon request. An spacious elevator is ensuring access to every floor. The neighborhood is very tranquil and clean while the way the electronic access to the lobby is designed barely ensures any human to human interaction. The owner, Mr Takis Neroulidis is an extraordinary person which makes the impossible possible, he was extremely flexile in reorganizing our booking which was turned upside down due to cancelation of booked ferryboat trip due to sudden strike of Greek public transportation workers on 10th of July 2021, moreover he manage to purchase a replacement of my lost laptop charger within 1 hour since request was launch. The location is very close to the Piraeus port, Will only cost around 5.00 euro for a urber ride. if you choice to walk, it is define within the walking distance of the Piraeus port. ||||The room is very comfortable, with a lot spaces, got everything you will need for a quick stay, since mostly likely that is the reasons you pick this place. Is to catch the Ferry early next day. ||||If you need a lot of services from the hotel, that is probably not for you, It is a more a self service hotels within a very quite neighborhood. It got quite a few restaurants around it, getting something to eat before your ferry would not be an issue. ||||We missed our original scheduled ferry (7:00AM) , so my wife and I were at port without any place to go before we can check in around 12:00PM.
