KALLITHEA STUDIOS — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

Kallithea Studios is absolutely perfect for stay in Rethymo. Here's why: The owners are so wonderful and they treat everyone as a part of they own family. They are so warm, open and helpful: we were interested in some cretean folk music and we received info about two great places with it. We were planning the trip to one of the nearby gorges and we received the info how to get there, etc. They were always there to help us and to have a chat :) The localisation is awesome because everything you may need is close: the beach, the Old Town, the Fortress, the bus station, the restauranst, pubs etc. Just perfect localisation. The place itself is very well organised and managed. There is a lift if you need it, the rooms are great (with beds that won't let you get up that easy :D ) and with private bathroom in every room and other useful equipment. There are also a balcony in every room. The rooms are cleaned every day so the standard of cleanliness is very high.

So Kallithea is absolutely worth of recommendation. While being in Rethymno in the future, we know for sure where to stay and we will recommend the place for friends...

I've been meaning to write a review for Kallithea Studios in Rethymnon, Crete, for a long time. I've stayed here during my summer holidays over the past few years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The rooms are simple yet spacious, filled with natural light, and have a cosy feel with beautiful soothing colours. The cleanliness is impeccable.||The owner, Mr. Stelios, along with Mrs. Antonia and Katerina, are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They always make me feel right at home. The studios are ideally located in the city centre, just a short walk from the sea and the old town.|| Nearby, there’s a charming coffee shop called Super Mario’s, where you can enjoy delicious coffee, and a local taverna named Maria’s Home Cooking, where you can taste delicious homemade food. There’s also another taverna where you can try amazing pita gyros and souvlaki. The staff in all these places are always welcoming. There’s also a great grocery shop close by.||I highly recommend Kallithea Studios...

very clean rooms. the owners are very helpfull and friendly. the location is i think the best. 5 minutes walk from the old town, 2 minutes walk from the beach. in close proximity you have a pizzeria, a mini market, a rental car store and places to eat gyro. when i visit Crete again i will stay there for sure. vallue for money.
